Terms and Conditions for Daydream Community Membership
By signing up for the Daydream Community Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Overview
1.1 The Daydream Community Membership is a voluntary program that supports the mission and goals of Daydream Ministries Uganda.
1.2 Membership contributions directly fund the ministry’s administrative costs, programs, and projects aimed at transforming lives in Uganda.
1.3 Membership tiers include Individual, Family, and Corporate categories, each with specific benefits and annual subscription fees.
2. Membership Benefits
2.1 Members will receive exclusive branded gifts such as T-shirts, mugs, or mouse pads as a token of appreciation for their support.
2.2 Members will have access to newsletters, updates, and special announcements regarding ministry projects and events.
2.3 Membership does not grant voting rights or decision-making authority within Daydream Ministries.
3. Membership Contributions
3.1 Annual membership fees are determined by the selected tier and must be paid in full at the time of enrollment or renewal.
3.2 Fees are non-refundable and considered a donation to support the ministry’s mission.
4. Membership Duration and Renewal
4.1 Membership is valid for one year from the date of enrollment.
4.2 Renewal reminders will be sent 30 days before the membership expiration date.
4.3 Failure to renew within the specified period will result in membership suspension until fees are paid.
5. Member Responsibilities
5.1 Members are encouraged to actively participate in Daydream’s initiatives, events, and campaigns.
5.2 Members must provide accurate information during the registration process and update any changes promptly.
5.3 Members are expected to uphold the values and mission of Daydream Ministries in their interactions and conduct.
6. Termination of Membership
6.1 Membership may be terminated voluntarily by the member at any time with written notice.
6.2 Daydream Ministries reserves the right to terminate membership if a member engages in activities that conflict with the ministry’s mission or values.
6.3 Terminated memberships will not be eligible for refunds of any fees paid.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 Daydream Ministries will protect members’ personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
7.2 Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of administering memberships and communicating ministry updates.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Daydream Ministries reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2 Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Disclaimer
9.1 Membership contributions are donations and may be eligible for tax deductions as per applicable laws. Members are encouraged to consult their local tax authority for guidance.
9.2 Daydream Ministries makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from membership participation but values and acknowledges every member’s contribution to its mission.
